Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all perfumes are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped or out for delivery.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if:

• The order is canceled before shipment

• The order is canceled before delivery

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Order ID

• Photos or unboxing video of the product

Our team will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
